Maintenance work is rarely one location. It is a corridor here, a plant room there, a lighting array in a communal stairwell. The towers that work best are the ones that go through doors and set up fast.

Long-term and rolling hire

If you are running a planned maintenance programme, hire by the month rather than the week — the rate drops from four weeks and we can hold the same tower on site for as long as you need it. Set up a trade account and we will invoice rather than taking card payment each time.

Inspection records

Every tower is inspected before it leaves us. If your compliance process needs a record of that inspection with the tower, ask when you book and we will supply it.

Multiple towers, one delivery

Delivery and collection is charged once per order. If you need four towers across a site, order them together — three or more towers on one order takes 15% off.

Can I keep one tower for several properties in a week?

Yes. Hire is by the week and the tower is yours for that week — how many properties you take it to is up to you, as long as it is moved and rebuilt correctly each time. The folding tower is the usual choice for rounds because it travels assembled.

What if the job runs longer than booked?

Call or email before the collection date and we will extend the hire. Extensions are charged in further weeks at the same weekly rate; there is no penalty for extending, only for us turning up to collect a tower that is not there.

Can I keep the tower in the van between calls?

That is exactly what the folding tower is for. It travels as one folded frame rather than a pile of components, so nothing gets lost between properties and there is nothing to sort on arrival. Measure your van before you book — we will tell you the folded dimensions for the model you are looking at.

Do I have to rebuild it at every property?

If it is a folding tower, you unfold rather than rebuild — that is the point of it. Either way, inspect it after assembly at each new position: that is a requirement whenever the tower is moved to a new location, not a formality.

Do you do accounts for regular hirers?

Yes — trade accounts are available on application, with an agreed discount applied automatically at checkout once approved. Approval is a manual check, so apply before you need the tower rather than on the morning of the job.

Can I swap to a different height mid-hire?

Call us. A swap means a collection and a delivery, so it is not automatic, but if the job turns out to need more height we would rather sort it than have you working off something unsuitable.
