Where we deliver

We run our fleet out of a yard in Cheshunt, on the Hertfordshire side of the North London boundary, and work outwards from there. Enter your postcode on any tower page — or in the checker below — and you will see your exact delivery charge and the earliest available date before you commit to anything.

Two delivery bands

Within 30km of the yard — free delivery and collection. North and East London, south Hertfordshire and west Essex. Delivery and collection are included in the hire price you see on the tower page. There is no delivery line at checkout and no fuel or congestion surcharge.

Beyond 30km, out to roughly 90km — a flat £45. The far side of Greater London and the wider Essex and Hertfordshire towns. That £45 covers both legs, delivery and collection, and it is charged once per order rather than per tower. The weekly hire rate itself does not change.

Where we do not go

We do not cross south of the Thames, and we do not take jobs that need a river tunnel or crossing. It is not that the work is different — it is that a delivery and a collection through a tunnel crossing cannot be planned to a morning or afternoon window with any honesty, and we would rather say no than miss the slot we promised you.

Past 30km, out to roughly 90km, there is one flat £45 charge covering both the delivery and the collection together, charged once per order rather than per tower. How do I know if you deliver to my postcode?

What if I am outside your delivery bands?

Beyond about 90km, and anywhere south of the Thames, we do not run a standard route — we do not cross the river or use a tunnel, because a delivery and a collection through a crossing cannot honestly be held to a morning or afternoon window. Outside the bands but north of the river, it is a conversation rather than a checkout: we price the journey instead of guessing at it.

Can I choose a delivery time?

You choose a morning or afternoon window when you book, and we confirm it back to you. We do not offer timed hour slots — on London traffic that would be a promise we could not keep. If access depends on a specific time, tell us at booking and we will tell you honestly whether we can work with it.
