Trade Account

Built for people who hire every week

If you are hiring towers regularly, a trade account gets you a better rate, a faster booking process and one point of contact.

One price for everyone

We do not run two price lists. Whether you are a contractor hiring every week or a homeowner hiring once, you pay the same weekly rate. We would rather price honestly than discount off an inflated list price.

What you do get

  • 15% off when you hire 3 or more towers on one order — applied automatically at

checkout. No code, no account needed.

  • Free delivery and collection, however many towers you take
  • A lower weekly rate the longer you hire — the price steps down from four weeks
  • Priority delivery slots, including short-notice bookings where we have stock
  • A named contact rather than a form
  • Site documentation — inspection records and assembly instructions for your

RAMS, sent the same day

Who qualifies

Contractors, maintenance companies, facilities teams, housing associations and anyone hiring on behalf of a business. We will ask for:

  • Company name and registration number (or UTR if you are a sole trader)
  • Trading address
  • A contact name, phone number and email
  • Confirmation that you hold public liability cover appropriate to your work

How to apply

Fill in the form below. We review applications manually — usually the same working day. An account gets you a named contact, faster booking and site documentation on request.

The 3-tower discount is not tied to the account — it applies to anyone, and it is applied automatically at checkout.

How a trade account works

Apply before you need a tower — approval is a manual check, not an instant one.

1

Apply

Send us your company details through the form on this page. It takes a couple of minutes.

2

We check and approve

A manual review, so allow a couple of working days. You can hire and pay online in the meantime — approval never blocks you from working.

3

Your discount applies itself

Once approved, your agreed rate is applied automatically at checkout. Nothing to remember and no code to type.

What else an account opens up

The discount is the visible part. The useful part is being able to pick up the phone.

Multi-tower and long hires get quoted, not clicked

Booking eight separate weeks online is not the cheapest way to run a long hire, and five towers on one site is a logistics conversation rather than five checkouts. Account customers call us and we quote it properly.

  • Several towers scheduled on one delivery
  • Longer hires quoted rather than priced by the week
  • Site documentation sent for your file on request

Frequently asked questions

How long does trade account approval take?

It is a manual check, so allow a couple of working days rather than minutes. Apply before you need the tower. You can hire and pay online in the meantime — approval does not block you from working.

What does a trade account actually get me?

An agreed discount applied automatically at checkout once your account is approved, and the option to talk to us about multi-tower and longer hires rather than booking each one online. It does not change the equipment or the delivery — those are the same for everyone.
