We deliver, you work

Every hire includes delivery to your site and collection at the end of the hire. You do not need to arrange transport, and you do not need a van.

Delivery zones and charges

Band Area Delivery & collection
Within 30km of the yard North and East London, south Hertfordshire, west Essex — Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Hackney, Islington, Camden, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Tower Hamlets, the City, Westminster, Brent, Harrow, Ealing, and the Hertfordshire and Essex towns out to Harlow, Hertford, St Albans and Brentwood Free
30km to roughly 90km The far side of Greater London and the wider Essex and Hertfordshire towns — including Hounslow and Hillingdon £45.00
South of the Thames Not covered — we do not cross the river or use a tunnel

The £45 covers both the delivery and the collection, and it is charged once per order — not per tower. Enter your postcode on any tower page and you will see which band applies before you check out.

Outside both bands? Call us on +44 7366 166 658 and we will quote you directly.

Delivery slots

Choose a slot when you book:

  • Morning — 07:00 to 12:00
  • Afternoon — 12:00 to 18:00

We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

Lead time

Orders inside the free band placed before 15:00 are normally delivered the next working day. The extended band usually needs one extra working day. The calendar on each tower page shows the real earliest date — it only offers dates we actually have a tower free, so what you see is what you get.

What we need from you

  • Somewhere to unload. A driveway, forecourt or a stretch of kerb we can stop

at. If the address is on a red route or a controlled bay, tell us when you order so we can plan the slot.

  • A contact number. The driver will call if they cannot get to you.
  • Access to where the tower is going. Towers arrive flat-packed in components,

so a narrow passage, a lift or a staircase is usually fine. If there is no vehicle access within a reasonable carry, let us know first.

Collection

We come back on the last day of your hire. You do not need to be there, as long as the tower is dismantled and accessible from the same place we delivered it.

If the tower is not accessible when we arrive, we may have to charge for a second visit and for the extra days.

Need it longer?

Call us on +44 7366 166 658 before your collection date and we will extend the hire. That is simpler than a fresh order, and the tower never leaves your site.

How delivery works

Free everywhere we serve. The only thing distance changes is timing.

1

You pick the date and window

Choose your start date and a morning or afternoon window at booking. The calendar only offers dates we can genuinely meet.

2

We deliver and hand over

The tower arrives with its component set and the manufacturer assembly guide. If you booked installation, we build it and walk you round before we leave.

3

We collect on your end date

Have the components together where we dropped them, unless we erected it. Need longer? Tell us before the date and we extend rather than collect.

What slows a delivery down

None of these are dealbreakers. All of them are better known before the day than discovered on it.

Scaffold tower components carried through a narrow access route
Tell us at booking

The carry, the stairs and the parking

A fifteen-minute drop becomes an hour when the van cannot stop near the door, the components go up two flights, or the bay needs a permit. Tell us at booking and we plan for it; tell us on the day and we are both stuck.

  • How far the carry is from a legal stopping point
  • Stairs, lifts or a rear-garden route
  • Permit or suspension needed for parking
  • Site induction or a booking-in process

Frequently asked questions

Is delivery really free?

Within 30km of the yard, yes — genuinely included, with no delivery line at checkout and no fuel or congestion surcharge. Beyond 30km it is a flat £45, and that £45 is for both legs together, not each way. Either way the figure is shown before you pay, not after.

What do you need from me on delivery day?

Somewhere legal to stop close to the property, and someone there to take the tower. Tell us at booking if the carry is long, there are stairs, or parking needs a permit or suspension — those are the things that turn a fifteen minute drop into an hour, and we would rather plan for them than discover them.

What happens at the end of the hire?

We collect on the date you booked. Have the tower dismantled and the components together where we delivered them, unless you have booked our installation service, in which case we take it down. If you need longer, tell us before the collection date and we will extend rather than collect.
