When to ask for a quote

Most hires can be booked straight from the tower page — pick your dates, enter your postcode, done. Ask for a quote instead when:

  • You need more than 3 towers at once
  • The hire runs longer than eight weeks
  • Your site is outside our standard delivery zones
  • You need a specific configuration not shown on the site
  • You want a contract rate for an ongoing programme

What to include

The more of this you give us, the faster we can price it:

  • Working height you need to reach, or a description of the job
  • How many towers
  • Start date and how long for
  • Site postcode
  • Access notes — permits, gate codes, restricted loading, site induction
  • Whether you need documentation (insurance, inspection records) with delivery

What happens next

We reply the same working day, usually within a couple of hours during office hours. If we need to check fleet availability for a large order we will tell you when to expect the answer rather than leaving you waiting.

When should I ask for a quote instead of booking online?

Book online when you know the tower, the dates and the postcode — it is faster and the price is the price. Ask for a quote when you need several towers, a hire longer than a few weeks, a site delivery with access conditions, or you genuinely do not know which tower fits.

How quickly will I hear back?

Same working day for quotes sent during office hours, next working day otherwise. If the job is for tomorrow, call rather than filling in the form — a phone call is faster than any form we could build.
