Delivery to Epping
We are 6 miles away, which is a comfortable run in either half of the day. Delivery and collection are free — no delivery line at checkout, no fuel or congestion surcharge — and the price on the tower page is the price you pay. We cover CM16.
Those codes reach further than the town sign does: Bobbingworth, Epping Upland, Magdalen Laver, Nazeing and Stanford Rivers fall inside them, and we deliver there on the same terms. They also run over the boundary into Epping Forest, so if your address is nominally in the next borough it is very likely still on our route. North Weald Bassett is covered from here too — we do not run separate pages for them, but the van goes. Epping shares a run with Theydon Bois, Loughton, Waltham Abbey and Harlow, so if the job moves between sites in that direction it is the same delivery either way.
You choose a morning or afternoon window when you book. We do not promise timed hour slots, because on these roads that would be a promise we could not keep. Tell us if the carry from a legal stopping point is long, if there are stairs, or if parking needs a permit — those are the things that turn a fifteen-minute drop into an hour.
Which tower for your job?
Signage, banners and event rigging
Short jobs at height are where towers beat ladders outright, because you can put the tools down. 4m to 5m covers most signage. If it is a one-day fit in a busy spot, think about where the tower stands while you are not on it — locked castors and stabilisers need their footprint for the whole hire, not just while you are up there.
Gutters and fascias on a two-storey house
The most common job we are asked about. Gutter line on a standard two-storey house sits around eight metres, and you work from a platform roughly two metres below what you are touching — so a 6m working height puts you at the right level with the guardrail at chest height rather than at your ankles. What decides the rest is the route to the back of the property, not the height.
Two questions decide the size
How high do you need to reach? Measure to the highest point you need to touch and take off about two metres — what is left is the working height, and that is the number on every tower page here. There is a worked table in the height guide.
How will it get there? If you can reach the elevation across open ground in Epping, take the 1.35m platform — the extra deck pays for itself on any job where two of you are working with materials up there. Where the only route is through the house or down a narrow side passage, switch to the 750mm platform instead; that one goes through a standard internal door. The size guide walks through widths, decks and doorways in full.
Still unsure after that? Send us a photo of the access on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one fits. It takes a minute, and it is a great deal cheaper than a tower that will not go where you need it.
What comes with it
Guardrails, toeboards, stabilisers and lockable castors are part of the hire, not extras on the invoice. Every tower is inspected on turnaround and arrives with the manufacturer's assembly guide for that model. If nobody on your team is PASMA trained, add our optional installation service and we will build it on delivery and take it down at collection — the hire terms set out exactly what that covers.
