Those codes reach further than the town sign does: Eastwick, Epping Upland, Gilston, Hatfield Heath and High Laver fall inside them, and we deliver there on the same terms. They also run over the boundary into East Hertfordshire, Epping Forest and Uttlesford, so if your address is nominally in the next borough it is very likely still on our route. Which tower for your job?

Anything sitting on a pitched roof means working at the eaves and reaching up, so measure to the eaves rather than the ridge — usually a 6m to 7m working height. Take the wider deck if you can: panels, brackets and tools do not share a 750mm platform comfortably, and nobody wants to be passing them up one at a time.

Three-storey frontages need 8m or more, and at that height the setup matters as much as the tower. It needs firm, level ground and the stabilisers out to their full span. If the only standing is soft or sloped, tell us before you book rather than working it out with the tower already on site.

Two questions decide the size

How high do you need to reach? Measure to the highest point you need to touch and take off about two metres — what is left is the working height, and that is the number on every tower page here. There is a worked table in the height guide.

How will it get there? If you can reach the elevation across open ground in Harlow, take the 1.35m platform — the extra deck pays for itself on any job where two of you are working with materials up there. Where the only route is through the house or down a narrow side passage, switch to the 750mm platform instead; that one goes through a standard internal door.
